Our 60-Minute Roofing Consultation Process
We respect your time and your ability to make the best decision for your home. We have broken our consultation down into three clear phases so you know exactly what will happen.
Step 1: Discovery & Learning (10 Minutes)
We want to understand exactly why you called us and what you are experiencing with your home. Whether you have a visible leak or you’re just worried about the age of your shingles, we take the time to hear your concerns first. We come in with an open mind to make sure we address the specific problems that matter most.
Step 2: We Go Inside Your Attic (15 Minutes)
We always look at your attic. We check the wood deck for rot, look for hidden mold, and make sure your bathroom fans aren’t dumping moisture directly into your insulation. We also calculate the exact amount of intake and exhaust airflow your specific home needs to stay cool in the summer and dry in the winter.
Step 3: Hands-On Evaluation & Photo Proof (15 Minutes)
Next, we conduct a physical walk-through of your roof. We check for weak spots and take high-resolution photos of everything we see. After we’re done, we bring the roof down to you and show images of your roof, so you can see the actual state of your shingles with your own eyes.
Step 4: Educational Review & On-The-Spot Pricing (20 Minutes)
Lastly, we provide a transparent, accurate quote. There are no “hidden fees” or mystery charges added later. Once your questions are answered and the price is given, the visit ends. We don’t linger, overstay our welcome, or apply sales pressure. We simply leave you with the facts, so you can decide on your own schedule.
